 Why do we have Jack fruit if we don’t have Jill (or Jane) fruit?
Why do we have bread fruit but don’t have cake or cookie Fruit? And why do we have ugly fruit if there is no lovely or beautiful fruit to balance it out? I was driving in a stiff wind when I saw it: RAGE SALE. What? As I got closer it became obviously: GARAGE SALE. But that did pose a question: What is a rage sale? Maybe it is selling things that make us frustrated? Giving away our bitterness over failures and wrongs? Or getting rid of our anger? Hmmmm, that sounds like something we should all have... wouldn't make much money though!  I was going to stop at Part 3...but I got on a role :0) Little yappy dogs prompt me to be more patient with people who are a tad annoying, because, at times, I must sound a little like that to God.  Traffic jams provide an opportunity (and impetus) for prayer... just like the news headlines.  |
